Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-25
These terms apply to the boothai website and its AI creation, asset management, credit and subscription services. Read them before registering, uploading content or purchasing. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling.
1. Independent platform and third-party models
boothai is an independent application built on third-party AI models. Model names identify supported integrations; they do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the model developers.
2. Purpose and limitations
boothai turns briefs, sketches and references into visual concepts and motion previews for booths, pop-ups and event spaces. Outputs support ideation and communication; they are not construction drawings, structural calculations, fire-safety approval, engineering estimates or professional design certification. Qualified professionals must review dimensions, safety, regulations and feasibility before construction.
AI output may be inaccurate, distorted, repetitive or inconsistent with a prompt. Examples do not guarantee your results, generation time, resolution or availability. Available models and features are the options actually offered in the interface.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in email and sessions. You are responsible for authorized activity on your account and should promptly report unauthorized use. Do not impersonate others, abuse trials or evade access and payment restrictions.
You must meet applicable age and contractual-capacity requirements. Minors must have guardian consent and supervision where lawful; the service is not directed to children under 13.
4. Inputs and permission
You retain existing rights in your inputs and confirm you have permission to use included images, trademarks, likenesses, brand materials and personal information. You grant us and necessary service providers a limited license to process, copy, store, transmit and display that content to provide and maintain the requested service.
Inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers. File-link and deletion limitations are explained in the Privacy Policy. Obtain appropriate authorization before uploading confidential client material.
5. Outputs and commercial use
You may use outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms, your purchased plan and relevant model licenses. We do not guarantee that outputs are exclusive, eligible for intellectual property protection, free of third-party rights, or suitable for a particular commercial purpose.
Before publishing or using output in a commercial proposal, check brand, likeness, copyright and model permissions. Purchasing a plan does not replace third-party permission or professional review.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use prompts, reference materials or this service to generate NSFW, pornographic, explicit, nudity-focused, sexually suggestive or other sexualized content, or harmful content. Face swaps, deepfakes and face manipulation are prohibited. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more allowed and prohibited uses.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, privacy or intellectual property infringement, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual exploitation or other unlawful harm.
Do not bypass content protections, access controls, credit billing or rate limits; attack systems; upload malicious files; or resell accounts or access without permission.
7. Prices, credits and delivery
Review the product, currency, price, taxes, credit quantity, expiry and one-time or recurring billing terms before paying. Credits are used for generation within the service, are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash. Availability and expiry follow the purchased product and your account records.
Generation costs depend on the model, quality, duration, quantity and other options, as shown before submission. Credits may be reserved and then settled or released according to task results. Payment must be confirmed server-side before credits or subscription access are delivered; contact support with the order identifier if delivery is delayed.
Price and product changes should be disclosed as required before purchase or renewal and do not retroactively change completed orders merely because a webpage is edited.
8. Payments and subscriptions
boothai provides product functionality and support. Before payment, checkout identifies the transactional seller, payment provider, price, taxes and applicable buyer terms. Your receipt also identifies the parties to that transaction. Payment processing and seller details follow the order you actually complete.
Subscriptions renew at the interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled. If you buy multiple subscriptions on one account, each is charged and renewed separately; a new purchase does not cancel an existing subscription. To cancel renewal or request a subscription change, email supprot@boothai.net with your account email and order ID. We will verify and process the request. Cancelling future renewal does not itself refund prior payments. Remaining access and credit expiry follow the purchased product terms and applicable law.
9. Failed tasks, payment issues and refund requests
Releasing or returning credits after a failed generation is different from refunding a payment. A result that does not meet personal aesthetic preferences is not necessarily a failed task. Provide an order or task identifier when reporting missing credits, duplicate charges or service failures.
Request order refunds first at supprot@boothai.net. We review payment and credit usage records before resolving the request. Orders with used credits are generally not refunded for a change of mind; see the Refund Policy for details. These terms do not limit mandatory refund, withdrawal or other remedies. Approved payment refunds are processed through the original payment channel.
10. Availability, data and termination
Providers, networks, maintenance and capacity can affect service. We do not guarantee completion within a fixed time. Keep copies of important work. Removing a creation from a list does not necessarily immediately erase files or third-party copies; see the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict or terminate access for breaches, security threats or legal requirements, with notice and a way to raise concerns where appropriate. Account closure, subscription cancellation and data deletion are distinct actions; request each as needed.
11. Responsibility and applicable rights
Evaluate outputs and arrange necessary professional review. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided with its existing functionality and availability. No disclaimer excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact support with the facts and your requested resolution if a dispute arises. These terms do not deprive you of remedies before competent authorities under applicable law.
12. Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated appropriately and dated. We will follow applicable notice and consent requirements.
