Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to prompts, uploaded materials, and image and video generation on boothai. Submit only content you have the right to use and follow the rules below.
1. Permitted use
You may create lawful visual concepts and motion previews for booths, pop-ups and event spaces, using brand assets, sketches and references when you have the necessary permission. Outputs support ideation and communication; qualified professionals must check plans before construction.
2. No sexual or harmful content
Do not submit or generate NSFW, pornographic, explicit, nudity-focused, sexually suggestive or other sexualized content, including by disguising such requests as ordinary booth scenes. Any sexual content or exploitation involving minors is strictly prohibited.
Do not generate content that promotes violence or hatred, harasses or threatens people, instructs self-harm, enables fraud or unlawful activity, or is otherwise harmful. Face swaps, deepfakes, face manipulation and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.
3. Rights and privacy
Do not upload or generate material that infringes another person's intellectual property, trademark, likeness or privacy rights. Obtain permission before using client materials, personal photos or brand assets. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal information without authorization.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Text prompts are moderated before image or video generation. Rejected requests, or requests made while moderation is unavailable, are not sent to a generation model. We may restrict use that violates this policy under our Terms of Service. Moderation cannot guarantee detection of every violation; you remain responsible for what you submit and how you use outputs.
